After his opponent's rally witnessed a stampede, MK Stalin said, "No leader would wish their followers to die." He's proven his mettle several times in the past 5 years, but these words are for the history books. TN may not see this kind of political decency anytime soon.

In all these years if there is one defeat that hit so hard will be the defeat of MK Stalin. Lived in Chennai all my life. I have seen him as a Mayor, Deputy CM, Leader of Opposition, CM. The man never failed this city even once. Thank you @mkstalin அய்யா..! Tamilnadu was proud under your watch. You will always be in our hearts. #DMK #TN

More than 100 seats were looted. This is not a victory. This is an immoral win of BJP. EC acted like an arm of BJP. My complaints were ignored. This is not democracy. — Mamata Banerjee is not ready to let vote chori go so easily. Tigress 🔥

Vijayanand - GenAI Data Analytics
What happens next in a hung assembly (Indian constitutional process): The Governor invites the single largest party, here TVK with 107 seats to form the government. TVK gets the first chance: TVK leader (actor Vijay) will be invited to take oath as Chief Minister and form a government (it can be a minority government or with post-poll support). TVK is short by 11 seats (107 + 11 = 118). They will need support from smaller parties (INC, PMK, IUML, CPI) or ADMK. Floor test (confidence vote): Within a short time decided by the Governor (usually 7–15 days or even sooner), TVK must prove its majority on the floor of the Assembly through a vote of confidence. If they win → TVK government is formed (Vijay becomes CM). If they fail → Governor can invite the next largest combination. If no one can form a stable government: The Governor can recommend President’s Rule under Article 356 of the Constitution. The Assembly is kept in suspended animation or dissolved, and fresh elections may be called after some time.

Al Jazeera confirms Iran's new map totally traps the UAE in the Strait of Hormuz. Gulf states can no longer sell oil without direct coordination with Iranian forces. This genius move establishes a new regional order led by Iran, shattering Zionist alliance dominance.

If PTR is loosing, TRB Raaja is loosing, MK Stalin is loosing. This is not their loss. It is the loss for Tamil Nadu for all the development, schemes, infrastructure they have brought us and made us a top state in all over India in a term especially after a pandemic. One year from now you will regret this Tamil Nadu. Your will regret making our state a circus. We just officially entered the BJP Era. #DMK #TNElectionResults

மு க ஸ்டாலின் 🖤❤️ one of the finest chief ministers of tamilnadu. take your time to digest the things done by this leader. 1.3 crore women receive rs 1,000 every month directly into their bank accounts. not a promise. not a scheme on paper. rs 13,000 crore spent in one year alone on this. your amma, your akka, your wife. ask them what that money means. free bus travel for women. signed on day one. not the 100th day. the very first day he sat in that chair. rural women now take the bus even for a 2 km ride that would cost rs 10 in an auto. because it’s their right now. breakfast scheme in government schools. hospital admissions among primary school children dropped 63%. serious illnesses down 70%. he’s feeding your children before they sit in class. and you didn’t even notice. pudhumai penn. tamil pudhalvan. rs 1,000 every month for government school students going to college. naan mudhalvan giving free coaching for upsc, banking, ssc exams. this year alone, over 50 tamil nadu students cleared upsc. kids from government schools. let that sink in. taps pension scheme. brought back old pension equivalent for 6 lakh government employees after 20 years of asking. every government before this ignored them. women’s reservation in government jobs increased from 30% to 40%. maternity leave extended to 12 months. accidental death insurance of rs 1 crore for government staff. now the economy. tamil nadu is india’s second largest state economy. rs 31 lakh crore GSDP. 16% growth rate, the highest in india according to RBI. exports doubled from $26 billion to $52 billion in four years. lowest poverty rate in the country at 1.43%. highest college enrolment rate at 47%. rs 10.27 lakh crore in investment commitments. 32 lakh jobs created. and when delhi tried to steal tamil nadu’s parliamentary seats through delimitation, he didn’t write a letter. he burned the bill. hoisted black flags across the state. built a coalition with 7 southern states. stood in namakkal in black and said “the sword that hung over our heads has now descended upon us.” 394 out of 505 election promises delivered. and several of the biggest schemes were never even in the manifesto. he just did them. maybe ask the women in your family what changed in the last 5 years. WE WILL MISS YOU 💔

27 Lakh Voters were deleted in West Bengal. These were not 'dead people' or 'bangladeshis'. These were real people who had already appealed to get their votes restored. The Supreme court could’ve delayed the West Bengal elections until the tribunals finished hearing the appeals of these voters. But they didn’t. Only around 1607 voters were restored in time by phase 2 of these elections. Almost every appeal that was heard turned out to be a wrongful deletion. In any functional democracy, this would not count as a free and fair election where a large section of voters have lost their voting rights. I'm not saying that TMC would've won for sure if they were added back, maybe BJP would still win, but the question is about the fairness of these elections. Free and fair elections are a spectrum. Ever since Delhi-Maharashtra-Bihar-Bengal, this needle has moved more and more towards being unfair. Each time somehow the opposition parties participate as usual in the electoral process thinking that they can still pull of a win despite the compromised EC, ED, CBI etc. and each time they have been proven wrong after 2024 Lok Sabha. The question is, at what point will they feel that the level of unfairness is so unfair that elections should be boycotted? I personally feel TMC should have refused to participate in these elections until all those 27 lakh appeals were finished being heard.

Stalin was the first to courageously oppose and defeat the delimitation, resisted Hindi imposition of the BJP and did much more for TN. His loss can be seen as a loss for the entire country itself.
