A proper, ground-out away win. Brilliant goal from Sam Szmodics early on intelligent movement and a top finish. Strong first 15 minutes, then had to dig in. Second half was largely pressure from Portsmouth, but we stood up to it, big performances from Clarke and Murkin, and O’Donnell made important saves when needed. Ozoh made a real difference when he came on, and Banel showed flashes late on too. Not a classic, but a massive result. Three points off the play-offs, still right in it. 🐏
