The absolute WORST thing to do for everyones immune systems if you were ever dealing with an easily transmissible respiratory virus— would be to: 1. Lock them up for a year (no vitamin D) 2. Flood their bodies with processed foods and sugars (make them fat, inflamed, and insulin resistant) 3. Make sure that they were full of anxiety (cortisol). Surely, doctors and governments wouldn’t be silly enough to ever do that would they?

Is there anything worse than a “fitness professional” who will downplay obesity like @CappolaJames? In America as of 2020, ~500,000 deaths per year were directly related to obesity… 10,200 from anorexia and bulimia. Kissing the asses of fat people to make more money off them while acting morally superior to people who tell them the truth is what bitches are made of.
