One last picture from #wurstcon at @Superdawg thanks to the nice people who took a photo for us.
We ate hot dogs, regaled on stories past, might have ordered a hotdog with ketchup.
Thanks to everyone who came out and made it a great time. We hope to see you at the next one!

@dragonmantank Tomorrow night you can do video games based off of movies. I would suggest E.T. and Top Gun they are way more fun than Goldeneye

Don't miss @alc277 talk at #PHPTek 2023! They will be discussing "Immutability to Save an Ever-Changing World." Register now at tek.phparch.com #php #immutability

English

@adamwathan I write code and modules so they can easily be removed later, that tends to keep the changing stuff together. Bounded contexts from DDD have influenced those choices. Same can be said for the immutable parts and frequent changing parts of business model programmed differently.

@_jmichaelward Belgium. Great people, beer, fries, mussels, stews, waffles, chocolates, art, architecture, landscape, biking, .... List could go on and on. @phpbenelux was one of the best conferences I ever attended.
English

@dragonmantank CAN WE MAKE IT IN ALL CAPS TOO?
10 PRINT "What is your search?"
20 INPUT "...", A$
30 PRINT
40 PRINT "Go away, we don’t have any "; A$; ". You suck."
50 PRINT
60 GOTO 40
English

@grmpyprogrammer The are both readable. But first requires you to think and reason about the intent. The second one encapsulates that and is easier to read in my opinion
English

@grmpyprogrammer I am good for a ticket when you get the band back together :) Or TrueNorth, that was just GrumpyConf but easier to explain to the wife and boss.
English

@grmpyprogrammer And that probably only accounts for the present day costs.
English

@CiaranMcNulty @giveupalready So test iterator_to_array and length? Still not ideal.
English

@giveupalready Iterators can have duplicate keys, arrays cannot
English

A little snippet from earlier today - testing if two #PHP Iterators have the same contents and keys

English

@Ocramius @agustingomes If it’s sufficiently random why care? I wouldn’t assert those values in a test
English

@alc277 We have two, so named them SharkBoy and LavaGirl
English

@grmpyprogrammer Congrats! I loved my Model 3 until it got totaled (but kept everyone safe onboard). Will buy another one some day.
