going through geese back catalog I really like this stuff. also as a lifelong musician (had this experience with Cymbals Eat Guitars: Why There Are Mountains album) where you find out the guy is making this stuff at 17 and you’re like oh swag I’ll just kill myself no problem

RIP D’Angelo, don’t even know what to say. Three timeless albums, each one an incredible expansion of his sound—a peerless, flawless discography. It wouldn’t even be crazy to say he released the best album of the 90s, the 2000s, and the 2010s. One of our greatest artists.
