Because honestly people see the procedures differently so enlighten both parties extensively is the possible solution
Then it is up to them to decide

A man was telling me he doesn't like c/s and wouldn't want his wife to do c/s
I said, rationally speaking, a medical doctor won't care whether you like it or not.
He said but she's his wife and paid her bride price in full
If a woman is pregnant, both options of giving birth through the vagina and with c/s are on the table
And in case of a life threatening situation that will kill the mother or the child, the doctor will have to do a c/s after taking informed consent.
He won't let a woman die because her husband doesn't like c/s.
