The Alberta Library Conference Planning Committee is now accepting session proposals for ALC 2022: Dare Mighty Things. Proposals are due by September 17, 2021. ALC 2022 takes place in Jasper, AB from April 28 to May 1, 2022.

Drum roll please... 🥁 ALC 2022’s theme is Dare Mighty Things. Submitted by Luella Lee, this theme exhibits how libraries were challenged to think outside the confines of their physical spaces during the COVID—19 pandemic.

Dear ALC Community, The ALC committee recently considered whether it is feasible to hold the conference in 2021. We were heartily disappointed to have to cancel the 2020 conference due to the COVID-19 pandemic, yet at the time had anticipated gathering again in 2021.
