Not only is it not a good SW movie, it’s not a good movie, period. There are so many plot holes, it directly spits in the face of the movie before it, and it’s purely spectacle over substance.
It also ruins the entire saga by killing off the last Skywalker. Anakin’s sacrifice means nothing. Palpatine succeeded. He decimated the Skywalker line. And while I love Rey, it’s still a Palpatine taking their name after her grandfather destroyed them all, putting the final nail in the coffin. He ruined 3 generations and his progeny lives on with THEIR name

Manny Jacinto believes Star Wars needs more romance “I feel like with a lot of the franchises that we currently have, it’s missing the romance. It’s missing a lot of love and relationships. We have the big fight scenes and the origin stories of these heroes and whatnot, but they don’t really have a relationship with other people. It’s such a weird thing. And that’s why I loved the Qimir and Osha relationship, because we were taking it back to having a relationship in this big world. I think we just need more of that.
