@umxx_luna @_essence_alexis Yes this!! Also I take a picture every time I go, it’s my way of holding myself accountable, and i get to see the small changes in my body. Also it doesn’t hurt to get cute gym fits that make you feel sexy while working out!

@_essence_alexis Honestly you just start and then you’ll get “addicted” to the results and want to see what you can do. Currently I’m trying to learn a handstand!
