Great collaboration in action today! 🤝 SPED Coaches teamed up with School Psychs & SPED Counselors for a powerful training for SPED teachers and paraprofessionals on “Maximizing Student Success: Evidence-Based Methodologies for Functional Skill Development.” They explored how to utilize innovative technology tools to develop individualized research-based plans for specially designed instruction, and most importantly, sent everyone back with ready-to-go resources and tools to immediately support functional skill growth for our students!

Had the best time partnering with our School Psychs on this!!!

Empowering our transportation team! 🚌✨ SPED Coaches (Alex Gant & Heather Steele) & School Psych (Sarah Spitaletto) partnered to provide staff with strategies that support the unique needs of students with disabilities - helping every ride be safe, supportive, and successful!

⭐️ Sydney Smith (Communications teacher at Hughes) is CRUSHING IT! ⭐️ She empowers every student to reach BIG goals through innovative practices that support their unique needs! Sydney’s collaboration with her teammates and continual desire to grow as an educator is SEEN!

Collaboration in action! 🙌 Our teachers & parapros spent the day learning with vendors, coaches, and each other—engaging in cross-district, like-job lesson planning with curriculum resources focused on SDI & goal work. We love a PD day!! #TogetherWeProsper

Kicked off the year leading and learning @ProsperConnects!!! Grateful for time with my amazing @SPED_coach teammates diving into all things SDI - the heart of how we support the growth of each unique learner through truly individualized instruction.

Our Special Education Coaches are deepening their learning on day two of training centered around Jim Knight’s Impact Cycle! We are focusing on how instructional coaching can drive meaningful growth in teaching practices that support the diverse needs of all of our learners.🌟📚

The SPED Coach team is back and ready for the 2025–2026 school year! Recharged, refocused, and ready to support our staff and students every step of the way. We’re ready to have a great year together! 💙📘✨
