@DrAdrianaCGlez@csubted I genuinely enjoy this classed. You were always so understanding of what couldn’t be controlled and that is one of the qualities that made you such a good professor. Thank you
@lateachertere@DrAdrianaCGlez@csubted Hello Tere, google forms sounds like a great approach to utilize. Google in general offers so many services now that are very helpful to teschers and students
@DrAdrianaCGlez@csubted My plan is to teach Spanish in High School. I would like to teach my students how to use technology while learning Spanish. I think Google Forms is a great tool to create quizzes, do surveys, and collect student’s info. This is a tool that all level students could use.
@Lilyquezada24@DrAdrianaCGlez@csubted Hello Liliana, this appears to be a great tool the utilize with students when monitoring their learning! This will definitely give you that feedback you need from your students #EDTE4100
@DrAdrianaCGlez@csubted (2/2) to make all students feel welcome no matter their level. This will help them from becoming discouraged and readily engaged in their educations #EDTE4100
@DrAdrianaCGlez@csubted (1/2) The tool I would utilize would be Newsela, this tool allows for teachers to assign the same reading to students, but change the lexile will accommodate all students. I chose this because I want to teach elementary grade students and I believe it’s very important #EDTE4100
@Christina_lh97@teachsci8@doctor2pi Hi Christina! Yes I agree that as teachers it is our job to encourage our students to utilize their creativity and expand the horizon when it comes to technology #CSUBTED@doctor2pi
@teachsci8 A4: As teachers we should allow our students to be creative and allow them to use applications that allows them to be creative such as drawing, creating PowerPoints, and videos. #CSUBTED@doctor2pi
@teachsci8 A4:Giving students the opportunity to do bigger projects in class would help them explore technology a lot more they could be given assignments to do like PowerPoints or videos in order for them to learn more on how technology works to their benefit. #CSUBTED@doctor2pi
@teachsci8@Ststansberry A4: Us as teachers can promote children publishing and producing technology rather than consuming technology by encouraging them to create websites and blogs as were are learning how to do in this class. #CSUBTED@doctor2pi
@Ststansberry@DrEddiesClass@Tech_Buddha@tom_karnes@Duncannedd A3: Technology has allowed for collaboration among educators, students, schools and the community in various ways. For example it has created strong bonds amongst all involved in students education as well as creating a great basis of communication. #CSUBTED@doctor2pi
@tom_karnes My favorite project was organizing a fundraiser for an animal rescue on campus, it didn’t involve much technology but I know if we would’ve advertised it more on social media instead of just flyers the outcome would have been better! #csubedte4200@DrEddiesClass
@tom_karnes@doctor2pi A2: my favorite memory in all my years of school was building my own mission. It did not involve a technological component. I feel like technology could update this because perhaps I could have built a digital version of it #CSUBTED@doctor2pi
