IT’S NOT THAT DEEP. my ninth studio album, will be yours october 24 ❤️

It was my birthday a couple of days ago, a bittersweet and boring day but it’s made me emotional on how far I have come - and how I never dreamt of turning 28, but here I am ❤️‍🩹

I nearly cried when I seen this mark 🥲🥲

Although I understand BSL and I am yet to learn it fully (I will one day!) - being able to lip read the interpreter word for word was such a new and uplifting experience.

Since being diagnosed as profoundly deaf 6 years ago I’ve always been concerned that my last concert or my last show will be my last ever hearing experience- due to my future hearing being unknown. To know that there is accessibility is incredible, and makes me so excited.

Last night I went to see one of my bucket list performances of @dehuktour in the @theCentre - and it was so much better than I ever imagined! I wanted to send a huge shoutout to the BSL interpreter there tonight - he was incredible! 🧏🏼

I have a handful of moments in my life which I’m so proud of, but by far this is my favourite one so far 🥲🎓

My sign for #transpridelondon - it’s been an awfully long time since I’ve done a protest and I absolutely loved it. Seeing so many trans folks thriving and making their voices heard makes me so proud of the community! We will always be here 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍⚧️

I’ve also become obsessed with reading books - I’ve spent countless hours reading books 😂. I feel like an 80 year old man in a 27 year olds body 🥹 Focusing on myself and my future has been the biggest change this year, and I’m so glad I’ve finally put myself first! 🥹

I recommend everybody watch @thelizcarr ‘s doc on bbc called ‘better off dead’. It’s honestly amazing and so informing! The system needs to support disabled individuals before introducing assisted suicide to the UK! 🤦🏽‍♂️

3) I’ve moved back to Cwmbran, which is weird as I haven’t lived here in 15 years 😂

1) I finish uni! I’m waiting to hear back on my results and I’m about to start an internship with the NHS deaf service! I’ve also been accepted into Cardiff for my masters! 2) I have become obsessed with baking, I make cakes weekly 🤪🤪
