Very bitter / sweet match day today.
I had some great mentees/friends/basically family that didn’t match ortho, and some that did.
Unfortunately, the “game” is always evolving between P/F boards, signaling, and medical school expansion.
I am going to put together an evidence based (and a little JC opinion based) presentation, on how to optimize your outcome in the ortho match, in the coming weeks and set up a zoom for people who want to apply ortho in the coming year or 2. Will be primarily aimed at DO students as this is more my wheelhouse. More to come, stay tuned.
