On Monday, I went to @alexanderdevine for the screening of this year’s Christmas Appeal, featuring four-year-old Grace and her family.
Grace was diagnosed with Treacher Collins Syndrome (TCS) after she was born and her and her family are supported by the hospice. #Maidenhead
