Time flies... I dabbled in a few simple RPGs before like Mario, but this was the game that kickstarted my obsession with the genre, leading me to eventually get a PSP with Final Fantasy I the next year

@Drif1er Very good question, I'd say 5? Game feel is a lot closer to Ages/Seasons than Awakening. Narrative tone is closer to OOT/MM/TP than the GB games however. There's a bit of every game in there, the more of the series you've played, the more you'll enjoy this.

While I understand the eagerness to play, please understand the scope of my work is a lot grander than I make seem. I have been dreaming of making such a game for around 20 years, so I genuinely wouldn't mind taking 20 more just to realize the vision.

@kuroitoribenkyo The Oracle duology has rupees of varying sizes depending on the worth. You may be thinking of LA where they only come in a single size (and are blue instead of green)

@LibturdChungus And yet they used that same logo for Link's Awakening/Echoes, which arguably would clash even more there if we use that logic. So I'm not sure I buy the whole "was made for a ruined world" argument. They wanted a new style of logo, so they made it like that.

@alexaugerdev I think the attempt at brand cohesion here clashes with the games' identities, which are pretty different, and doing a 3D version of the logo with the modern font wouldn't even really be different enough from what we have for "brand cohesion" to make sense as a reason for this
