My friend is looking for a super creative full-time social media manager who is great at coming up with ideas and executing them for his wine brands. The main themes are around the bottles, the scenery and the vibes. He is preferably looking for someone as close to Santa Barbara as plausible. He has 3 wine brands and a personal account that would be managed on a full time basis. @theseoguy_ That’s not a client problem, it’s a filter problem. You need to raise the standards required to be your client… you don’t need to burn down the agency just tighten the access to only your ICP.

Everyday I wake up I consider burning down my agency, becoming a course seller, and making the whole thing about B2C sales for blue collar guys. I know of a roofer with a $41 cost per call. Those are insane numbers in roofing. Close a mere 1 in 20 and you've got a CAC of $800. If average profit per roof is 3k to 7k, you are over the moon happy. The problem? Homie has a 2% close rate. Yes, we track it. I also know the leads are good. They are coming from Google. I admire blue collar guys a lot. They are out in the sun and I am sitting in an air conditioned office. But some of you can't sell if your life depended on it.
