This is so incredibly stupid. The "ethnic slur" is the word "nip," which is apparently some obscure slur for Japanese people that literally no one has ever heard of. The guy clearly didn't intend it that way but everyone is pretending he did so they have an excuse to be offended.

Raise your hand if you knew "Nip" was an ethnic slur? I did not. Tell me how Mina Kimes' life was impacted by this? Other than nailing herself to a cross, I don't see the damage. She will dance to rap music calling black people N-words repeatedly without uttering a complaint.
