Open anatrophic nephrolithotomy is not a #Cure is to prolong & complicate the suffering of our patients. It results in: an abnormal anatomy with subsequent infections, recurrent stones & lost renal ftn. Better #PCNL & do not damage patients.

Today with our fellows, we performed #USG percutaneous puncture 4 a standard #PCNL (26F) with #Alken dilatation. On my personal experience safety to patients is our primary goal & stone free & dilation needs X-Ray control. @emiliani_e @ytanidir @Urologeman @natxo73 @cmordin75
