@wojciechkopec3 I'm struggling with how to handle atoms that are on the edges of the simulation box. Currently I'm interpolating between positions, but when atoms move out of the box and come in from the other side, it looks janky to interpolate between.

Testing MD rendering styles, focusing on the channel part of an ion channel. Look at those little water molecules go. Imported with #molecularnodes, rendered in #blender3d and #geometrynodes #b3d

I finally gave #blender a go thanks to @bradyajohnston's molecular nodes. While it is intimidating at first, it becomes fun very quickly!

And I'm excited to branch out from academia and start my new job at @CHARMTherapeutx in a few weeks!

For example, `everything()` acts like a set that contains anything you ask, while `everything() - {2, 4}` acts as a set that contains everything except the numbers 2 and 4 (and hence acts as an 'inverse' or 'opposite' to the set {2, 4})

This could useful for other projects, so I've published a little python package for dealing with the universal set and set complements which support all the python set operations. This lets you express concepts like 'everything' or 'all but these things' pypi.org/project/infini…
