I bring this point up whenever I talk about enterprise AI usage in presentations, a lot of companies added AI (non-deterministic output) to business processes where they really wanted automation (deterministic output) AI should only be added to BPs when reasoning is required!

Been trying to utilize Claude Code more recently, this morning on my flight to the #Convergence365 conference it was able to create an entire app to directly query D365FSC via OData with a prompt library to analyze the data... all while on airplane wifi! Crazy stuff!

From an enterprise perspective, most data you would like the analyze is sitting behind auth - so makes the ability to use AI to analyze it either a) insecure (putting creds in prompt) or b) super manual (exporting data from source, uploading to AI)

AI model feature idea, offer a 'secrets/cred storage' similar to how Postman does it that would allow you to reference creds in the prompt - this would save you from passing secrets into the prompt itself or having to manually export data / upload to prompt

It might have something to do with every time I try and play something on a Alexa device it prompts me to upgrade and I just know one of my kids is going to say 'yes' to it and then I'll have to figure out how to cancel it

Maybe I'm just missing something but I cannot understand the use case for 'home AI' eg: Amazon Alexa+ or Google Home Premium Shoving AI into every corner of your life only helps big tech try and dig out of their AI capex spending problem, with no real consumer improvements

Trying to test out Gemini 3 to do some data analytics on a 5MB Excel file, there's no way it doesn't support that right???

Currently trying to write a blog post about doing data analysis using AI and I have Microsoft Copilot that won't open the Excel file (kind of ironic), I'm arguing with Gemini because its hallucinating data, and waiting on tokens to refresh for ChatGPT - things are going well

So because of the @YouTubeTV / @espn dispute I can't just add ESPN+ to my account I have to buy ESPN separately first? Yeah HARD PASS... Need @DraftKings BetVision to come to college sports because that is becoming the best / cheapest way to watch pro sport games
