Oliver does this so brilliantly. And this is why connecting to the past is such a lovely thing. It’s not just finding the missing shows : it’s what they represent to the people in them (and their loved ones).

These videos are always fascinating, but this one is even more so, as it is totally unexpected. I can only imagine the time that goes into these.

QOTD: what is the most underrated cliffhanger in Classic Who? I’ll start with Talons Ep 3. Leela’s piercing scream, the music, the direction. Perfect.

I enjoyed bringing Who FX back. Sadly, much like most of my good ideas, it immediately ran into the immovable object that is “there are only 24 hours in a day.” So for now, Who FX is going back in mothballs while I focus on the Blake’s 7 Production Diary Series D instead. Also, my Substack engagement has been… let’s call it “minimal.” The kind of numbers that suggest my core readership consists of a bot, my mum, and someone who clicked the wrong link and stayed out of politeness. Which is a shame, because I had some genuinely awesome exclusive content planned on the Tennant era and the TV Movie, and I was planning to bring another missing episode back to life… Still, only one more B7 book to go (the finish line is in sight!), so once that’s done I might dust off Who FX again on a different platform. If nothing else, I’ll be creating cool content for my extremely exclusive audience of three. 😂 #DoctorWho
