I’ve been seeing a lot of “pepperoni roll” talk about it being the state “sandwich” of West Virginia, but I’d argue that Tudor’s has overthrown that. Notably the Peppi, Mary B, and Thundering Herd. 👍🏼👍🏼

Valid point. A pepperoni roll isn’t a sandwich, but it IS considered the state sandwich for whatever reason. But Tudor’s blows the doors off of pepperoni rolls. Any of their signature biscuits. Especially the Peppi.
