It was astonishing how insanely hard legacy media tried to cancel me for saying “my heart goes out to you” and moving my hand from my heart to the audience. In the end, this deception will just be another nail in the coffin of legacy media.

@chris_asche Hey Christian, hope you are doing well! I actually don't remember but it happened due to the layering of backing guitars and additional synths. Yes I remember, but unfortunately not the song itself 😅

@alexpfeffer I remember when you showed me the melody in a Reinvented song that was basically created by the gaps in the music. If you turned any instrument of, it disappeared. Mind blowing. Do you remember the song?

One thing I noticed over the years when giving as much helpful feedback as possible to new music composers is the following:

@AnneKathrinDern From everything that I did, I always found writing for games the most challenging. Simply because it is "not only" about the music but about the interaction and the layers, loops and additional bits letting a soundtrack come to life.

The idea that game composers can’t possibly score film/TV is ridiculous. Meanwhile game devs hire film composers who haven’t played a game in ages (or ever), who have no interest or love for the medium, and who hand it off to their teams for a quick paycheck. Make it make sense.

... I will be as consistent and smart-working as possible instead of wasting 20h per day in front of my machine, which is completely ineffective, instead of getting a good night of sleep, since I perfectly know that this will fuck up my mental health.

10. I would also strengthen my self-confidence and stop listening to bs advice and negative shit from people telling me that the market is saturated and that there are billions of composers so it all doesn't make sense anymore because ...

If I would start off again today to become a professional music composer: 1. Getting familiar with the basics of music theory and sound design and listen to as many CI sounds as possible per day and analyze them to bits.
