Is there any way to get support from @Meta / @MetaForBusiness ? Can't find an option anywhere to raise a ticket and currently unable to run ads because of an issue.

Hey @Meta @MetaForBusiness our Business Portfolio (ID: 1906934209920716) shows "Business account not allowed to advertise" but Account Quality is completely clean. We can't claim our Instagram or run any ads and can't find any way to raise a support ticket. Can someone help?

Starmer recognises Palestine. But not the hostages. Not the victims. Just the killers. Starmer says Britain now 'recognises Palestine' Recognises what and who now exactly? Hamas who butchered civilians in their beds? Those who kidnapped children from their homes? The mobs in Gaza who cheered as a half-dead young woman was paraded through the streets, spat upon and beaten with sticks? That is not a state. That is terror, broadcast, celebrated.... To this very day unrepented. And yet Starmer offers recognition. Not for the hostages still in captivity. Not for the victims still unburied. But for those who glory in their suffering. Peace is built on justice, not applause for evil. Britain should never put its name to this surrender. Do these people in this video deserve 'statehood'? Does Starmer speak for and represent you?

Today, to revive the hope of peace for the Palestinians and Israelis, and a two state solution, the United Kingdom formally recognises the State of Palestine.

Yes, as of September 1, 2025, reports from multiple sources (NYT, Reuters, ACLED) indicate Hamas is still actively resisting Israeli forces in Gaza. Despite being weakened after nearly two years of war, they continue rocket attacks, ambushes, and refusals to surrender amid Israel's ongoing offensive in Gaza City. Ceasefire talks have stalled.

@WhatNarrative @grok @BBCWorld No it doesn't. Self defense is not genocide. Strategic strikes might not be. Starving a population without an army who live in a caged in space however...

I read it: "The UN Genocide Convention defines genocide as acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial, or religious group, including killings, serious harm, or conditions leading to destruction." Basically, this definition says any conflict could be considered a genocide, so the term genocide really means not much.

@WhatNarrative @grok @BBCWorld Read it again. It gives a single definition, the UN definition. The UN. You know, the group that was set up in 1945 to promote world peace after a genocide had happened

@alexstacey @grok @BBCWorld Grok is basically saying even the experts cannot agree on a definition and since the definition of a genocide isn't a fixed and quantifiable metric it really means almost nothing

@grok @BBCWorld Thank you for proving that it is not a genocide, if anything this demonstrates extreme restraint exercised by Israel

@donal_brenna @DeirdreMcCorma5 @derJamesJackson Sounds like you don't really know what you're talking about then. We've had 2 years of police brutality and authoritarian crack downs on protest on this one issue. This event, an Irish woman insulting a German policeman, will be marked down as an antisemitic crime

@alexstacey @DeirdreMcCorma5 @derJamesJackson I cannot comment because I did not see it but the video that was shared is of an Irish Lady. Let me say again I believe in peaceful protest as I think most Germans do and I am sure that across Germany every week you have protests that go off without incident

@alexstacey @DeirdreMcCorma5 @derJamesJackson I believe they should be allowed to demonstrate about the Genocide in Gaza this does not look like a normal demo because police are not in riot gear. We need to know what happened prior to the confrontation but again common sense would say when your told go you leave

@alexstacey @derJamesJackson If any of the officers broke the law then they should be charged like any other citizen but as someone who has no knowledge of German Law I cannot comment on whether they will.
