The Cadet Force Expansion Programme is fantatsic. More more more! Without doubt my time with @ArmyCadetsUK when I was 13-18 set in place the foundations for everything I've managed to achieve since. An exceptional organisation that is genuinely transformative.

@v1ck1brooks @CFNatTrnAdvisor ...and cadets and it’s just exhausting. Not a reason not to try - but perhaps explains minimal support from the instructors. Our coy moved to company level delivery from Sept - Dec rather than det level which helped a lot.

@v1ck1brooks @CFNatTrnAdvisor ..deliver them on a platform that, for most, is something they’re learning to use for the first time too. Couple that with the fact that a lot of CFAVs have also changed the way they do their day jobs - it’s just a huge amount of new learning for both CFAVs..

@CFNatTrnAdvisor my time into planning some great detachment weekends for when we can train again and sharing those with them to get them excited about what's to come.

Really hoping that we’ll see an increase in empathy for our children now we’ve all learnt more about what it feels like to live in a state of fear, be constantly on high alert and be separated from family and friends - all so familiar to many care experienced children.

@SO1_Cadet_IS Thanks for your quick response. We sent a form in to RC last week to get approval for what we were developing - is this still something that's being looked at or is there another strategy in place now? Has there been an update to 006, please? Many thanks.
