Property taxes being “re evaluated” (SCAM) — and used as a cudgel to coerce taxpayers is just the RADICAL LEFTS way of stealing “unrealized gains”… In other words, you have to cut the government a check depending on what they say YOUR HOUSE is worth (even if your salary is same/not moving)… totally crooked.

This “housing solution” is a THEFT of the American Dream and our “bucolic” town’s land. — @CTDems have BECOME YOUR LANDLORD, can usurp all zoning laws; blow up roads, DESTROY watersheds (environment)… CT, our home, is being SOLD OUT to developers that wanna build East Berlin housing for “affordable units” and ILLEGALS. (Transmogrifies districts, brings a lot of problems)… Young people/couples have to pay >2500 per month while real estate corporations and *certain residents get a Free Ride. Constituents aren’t SERFS: build baby build, make 🏠 OWNERSHIP possible again!

Laws changed too. When my client entered prison he was ineligible for parole. In 2015, because Public Act 15-84 adopted adolescent brain science into law, he became parole-eligible. In 2025, under a 2021 law, a judge reduced his sentence by 6 years, bringing up his hearing date.

My client entered prison in 2002 at 18 years old with a 45-year sentence. He got his GED, became a certified drug counselor, and cared daily for a wheelchair-bound disabled Veteran who called him "indispensable." Today, the Conn. Board of Pardons and Paroles granted him parole.
