The late ASP Ejeh, a dedicated driver with the Nigeria Police Airwing, tragically lost his life in the line of duty during an operational mission on 17th April 2026. During the visit, the IGP expressed his deepest sympathies to the widow, Mrs. Mercy Ejeh, her children, and the extended family. He described the late officer as a committed professional whose sacrifice in service to the nation remains invaluable. The IGP further reassured the family of the Force’s support, emphasizing that the welfare and legacies of officers who pay the ultimate price will always be a priority under his administration.
