@nicsjourney2BDS I used lingual infiltrns a lot for lower premolar exts, especially ortho ones. Reduces the numb tongue from an ID block, and probably more comfortable for the pt.

i also did my first lingual infiltration today on a different patient i assisted for! 🤩

I extracted an UL5 today and received such kind feedback from the patient, they said they barely felt the injections at all, no discomfort during the extraction and that i was really lovely 🥹 these are the ones that make it all worth it

Millions of people caught up in their own stories with no idea they’re part of a WAAAY bigger story. A story where everyone is conditioned into grotesque overconsumption so that shareholders can get richer by killing everything. We need to write ourselves a new story yesterday.
