@MiklosWatson Spot on, seems like we just throw a bunch of darts hoping one hits but thats not a good recruitment model. Same here with browne, gets in good positions but thats about it, doesn’t help that every chance seems to fall to him as well. No doubt we probably still sign him.

@MiklosWatson If we miss out on promotion which looks v likely atm, its gonna be another massive squad overhaul in the summer for the 4th season running. Surely at some point we need to stop selling our best assets then trying to replace them on the cheap.

@alfredmfc @astuaryking They both play central midfield as a double pivot. Because Hackney is the better player, he is the main attacking outlet. They both play the same position just slightly different roles.

Comfortably been our player of the season and theres an argument to be made that he is our most important player. Gonna be a struggle keeping hold of him.

@astuaryking @alfredmfc In football the better players play in more attacking positions. There’s a reason why Hackney is an attacking outlet….. he’s a better footballer. There is also a reason why Hackney won efl player of the season, and Morris didn’t get close to being shortlisted.
