Really great poster presentation by one of KIDS resident drs at @PICSociety annual conference comparing neurosurgical transfers by local and specialist paed retrieval teams. Who is quicker? Specialist teams appear to be quicker but more detailed analysis needed.

3/3 This then was a major contributing factor to my friend tripping & falling & crashing onto the barrier on her shoulder & jarring her back. It could have been a serious injury. None of this was necessary if your staff just listened to the fans. This is my official complaint.

2/3 As we entered the pitch the marshals had no control. People were running and pushing. The marshals were blocking the side of barrier as we entered which caused more running. I was physically pushed by one of the marshals & I was walking.

1/2 @MurrayfieldStad your security/crowd marshals should be ashamed of themselves at the dangerous entry they just caused. Not allowing those of us that had been here since yesterday morning queuing to walk-in in single file which caused those behind to start running and pushing.

@Honest_Midwife 2/2 He was allowed to refuse to engage & nothing has changed! he is still there & is still a bully! People are too scared to speak up in the NHS. The establishment is so broken & so many staff are complete desensitised. I’ve worked in the NHS for 32yrs, it’s the worst it’s been.

@Honest_Midwife 1/2 Thank you for speaking up & staying strong! I support you wholeheartedly. I’m so sad this has happened to you but not surprised. I was bullied for 3 years by one of our consultants & when I complained & asked for mediation/support my trust failed me.

@TravelodgeUK absolutely disgusted with service at Birmingham Newhall Street hotel just now. Cancelled my booking without informing me and now want me to pay more for the same room I booked. No care or attention or willingness to help. Left me high and dry!!!!

@Honest_Midwife @Lizatthecottage This is the case in so many places. I am a very senior nurse and I spoke out about bullying and my trust made me feel like I was in the wrong and the bully continues! I’m not confident I could speak out again. I’m just ‘doing my time’ until I retire. The NHS is dying 💔

I am no longer an NHS Midwife. I walked out after a shift on 09 Feb 24 and handed back my registration on 09 April 24. I did 6.5 years. I saw the blood and secrets. They will all emerge.

3/3 waiting room today I’d be shocked! @NHSEngland @nhsuhcw you need to do better! Hopefully there will be more compassion and assessment ability in @hospitalofstx To note, I refused an ambulance as I know how hard pressed the service is. This is not right in 2024!
