this is genuinely the most manipulative price action I have ever seen and I used to trade NQ obsessively every day this market has become very crowded, most futures traders focus exclusively on NQ and I think it's starting to take effect on the price movements

today I shorted $NQ one trade, no tilt, no switching directions, no jumping back into trade after BE... just one trade, rules were followed, -1R, that's it have a great weekend

even lower but thats a near one

$NQ price will drive till here mostlikely

Reality of trading I was on this trade at $NQ and my target was not hitted by 1.75 points, target was defined by my rules, so i don't regret on it, it messed a bit with my mind, so i'll take the day off the charts and come back later to study.

@DaveTradesOpts i got what you saying, HTF vs LTF has pros and cons, the best is what fits ur mind

@algospirit HTF setups have more opportunities than you think. Exposing yourself to more risk in the market because you fear that you won't get another opportunity faster ends up being exhausting later on in your trading. Multiple entries in one direction is less taxing than both ways.

When you scalp the lower timeframes with multiple entries during a short window of time, You are working like an elephant and eating like an ant. A complete trading system solves this.

@DaveTradesOpts so with the right system, risk managment and discipline its ok trading both ways

@DaveTradesOpts i think its just a matter of frequency cause htf setups occur less times so its basically impossible for you to overtrade there, cause u'll have less setups, at ltf u'll have the same setups but with more frequency
