@Gingerblast I absolutely love these kind of games! I have a friend who did something extremely similar. zone campaign unintentionally went down a very bad route & had no idea they had become the BBEG until all eight players were in a voice call for the final session LOL!

I have 2 groups I'm running for in the same world. One is laser focused on solving a mystery and won't bother with anything else until it's done, and the other ignores all leads and opens games with quotes like "so... who feels like exploring the sewers today?" I love them both
