There are no problems with this hot spell. It’s nice to be warm.
Besides, being British, listening to moaning about being too hot is a refreshing rest from listening to moaning it’s too cold/wet/grey/ dark/all of them at the same time etc etc.

The problems with this hot spell (1) there was no gradual build up to it. We’ve gone/are going from a cool 13-14 degrees to a sweltering 30/31 degrees in just 2/3 days. (2) the temperatures topping 30 again, which makes it uncomfortable if you aren’t by the coast. I know there are those who will say ‘its just typical late spring weather’ but that would be the temperature going say from 18 to 24/25 degrees. Certainly these very hot (30 plus) spells seem to be a lot more common in recent years( at least in some parts of the country) and the data backs that up.
