I’ve been sitting on this one awhile. I needed some time to collect and organize my thoughts. I can’t express enough what Ali has meant to me as a coach. She has made me a better coach and a better person.

I had a blast at the Giltner Street Vault! Jumped 10”6 from a four step and placed first.

Proud of @ali_armst and her determination and resolve this season. Battled all year long. She’s one of my favorites to coach!

Track updates: Liam pushing big bars with even bigger hip height. Ali hitting some nice positions. Jump consistency and poles are starting to line up. 4x1s are improving and having consistent success. Continue to improve and PEAK 🔼 at the right time.

Good news of the day - the @ElkhornPS_ESHS WT&F PV record has fallen. Congrats Ali on the new 10’7” PR and the W! Very proud of you. Thanks @coachlpaben for your dedication.
