@edfenergy business related do you have anyone in your team that has common sense or even replies to complaints?? We have been trying to contact someone for months, with regards to a bill that is not ours. We have now been disconnected. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

@edfenergy I received a message to say I would hear from someone within 24 hours. Of course that didn’t happen. Looking at the page it doesn’t look like I’m the only one dealing with matters like this. Unbelievable.
