This season really put me to the test this year. Tough races, lots of lessons, and a whole lot of growth. It wasn't the season I was hoping for, but it was definitely the one I needed. Unfortunately I caught Covid a few days before Nationals, so l wasn't able to showup at my best

T-7 days till my indoor 800m debut ✨This camp was challenging and a new experience for me training wise and I'm now excited to step onto the track and see where I'm at 🏃🏻‍♀️ It's still a long way but I'm enjoying this journey so much 🫶🏻

Late night lactic sessions + actually today was one of the hardest workouts ever, I couldn't manage to stand up for 30min but that's part of the game and I can't wait for the next one on Saturday🥹

It's been a year🤯 It was filled with many highlights and I made memories that will last forever 🇧🇸from the world relays in the Bahamas, where we qualified the mixed relay for the Olympics 🇮🇹to the European championships in Rome,where we qualified the women's 4x400m for Paris 🥰
