Misplaced priorities. Learning to code is dead. Teach them how to use Claude Code. Or even better give 1 million people the $200/mo Claude Max subscription for 4 years.

Brutal lesson I learned: Nobody cares about your product. They care about their problem. Fix the problem → they notice you.

The internet sold founders a lie: “Wait until it’s perfect.” Meanwhile someone with a messy version is already getting users. Speed beats perfection. Every time.
