@blockwonkel @aki_st4rz3 a little misleading. what you screenshot was about marriage age with exceptions, but the general is pretty much 18 across the board. i still think "exceptions" are gross cause some are with parental consent, which doesnt make it better suddenly.

@aki_st4rz3 The age of marriage in Japan got simplified in 2022 so now it's 18 for everyone, no parental consent required. (Used to be 20 without parental consent, or 16F/18M with parental consent). Compare this to the US, where... some states don't have a minimum age.
