My mother was robbed while traveling in 3AC on Train 12955 (Mumbai–Jaipur). Between 1–4 AM, her entire handbag was stolen. Two mobile phones, cash, essentials all gone. RPF response was nothing but paperwork and silence. No action. Passenger safety in Indian Railways is a joke.

And after all this trouble, when I contacted @redBus_in support, the chat kept closing automatically every time. I got no help at all. This is unacceptable. Taking money and giving such bad service, especially to sick or elderly passengers, is wrong.

@redBus_in I booked a sleeper bus with Anshi Raj Shree Travels for my father from Agra to Jaipur because he was unwell and needed a comfortable journey. But it turned out to be the worst experience. The driver confirmed the pick-up point 3–4 times, but still didn’t stop there.

For the past one week I’ve been calling the SBI Lonavala branch for a week, the line barely connects and when it does, nobody picks up. I even mailed them twice, no response. For even basic services, it feels like I have to beg. I’m seriously regretting banking with SBI.
