Very disappointed with both the operator and @redBus_in for allowing this. I will never in my life use Redbus again.

And after all this trouble, when I contacted @redBus_in support, the chat kept closing automatically every time. I got no help at all.
This is unacceptable. Taking money and giving such bad service, especially to sick or elderly passengers, is wrong.

@redBus_in I booked a sleeper bus with Anshi Raj Shree Travels for my father from Agra to Jaipur because he was unwell and needed a comfortable journey. But it turned out to be the worst experience. The driver confirmed the pick-up point 3–4 times, but still didn’t stop there.

@TheOfficialSBI I’ve always had the worst experiences with this bank. From struggling for an education loan to facing issues with even basic services. Half the time your website doesn’t work.
