@virginmedia how do I get in touch with customer services - bot is rubbish and telephone options take you round the houses and you still can’t speak to someone.

Hi Alison thanks for your reply. Please note that even though sometimes replies are quicker, we're not a live chat service so can sometimes have delays responding. To proceed with security, we need to ask you to provide 3 characters from the account memorable word. Once we ask for these, we'll only have a 5 minute window to pop the answers on our system to verify if they're correct.
Can you please confirm if you're available now to give these? If so, let us know and we will then ask what characters are needed. We would then require those specifically requested characters only, no others.
If you're not available until later today, please confirm what time would work best for you before 8pm.

@virginmedia I have been charged at a higher rate. Done all that. Hub speed is fine downstairs but in my office upstairs it keeps dropping

@vauxhall I haven’t been able to log into the app for a couple of weeks keeps saying there’s an error on the form and I don’t receive an email if I request a new password. Was working great until then. Can log in fine via a support link from App Store #myvauxhall
