Glasgow area - We’re desperately looking for a home for Cookie as her owners are being evicted on Monday, she may end up in kennels. Can you please help us to find her a home by sharing her appeal? All of the details and how to get in touch are below. Cookie is a 3.5 year old female Old thyme Dorset bulldog. She is available and looking for a new home as sadly her owner is having to vacate his property and has tried everything to be able to take Cookie with him but has sadly ran out of time. Cookie is great meeting people, she’d be best in a home without young children. She is fit and healthy with no medical issues and registered at the vets. Cookie would be best in a home with no other dogs, she was attacked when she was smaller and is wary of other dogs. She can be left on her own and travels well in the car. She eats a diet of raw cold pressed food and loves treats. She also plays with toys and will chew soft ones so she has started to get tougher toys to play with. Cookie enjoys meeting new people and is friendly. She would be great as a family dog or with someone who is looking for a companion. Cookie is up to date with her vaccinations. She does have a small lump on her neck which was checked by the vets and is of no concern. Just because we don't see animal cruelty in our daily lives does not mean it's not happening.
It is happening -- on an industrial scale, behind the closed doors of factory farms.
Retweet if you agree that animal cruelty is wrong -- whether or not it's hidden from public view.
