After ableism and discrimination from @TravelodgeUK, @FreestonesCoach want to get in on the act; refusing a wheelchair user to use a wheelchair accessible coach. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@TravelodgeUK why do you advertise accessible rooms, if you are going to refuse to check disabled guests in?

So there is a train to london on the platform. But I can’t get on it and pay for it because couldn’t get to a member of staff in time

A non-inclusive society & built environment assumes that disabled children and adults will just stay away, stay home or live their lives being restricted to some care setting or institution. This is completely unacceptable. Disabled ppl have equal lives to live. #EverybodyEqual

Getting equipment post surgery - do you get it from the trust you were operated in or the trust you live in? Anyone ever tried getting some aids- perching stool and a bath board- from a trust they didn't receive acute treatment in? #OT @SouthEastRCOT #OccupationalTherapy

@bt_uk What’s the point? Your telephone staff member said ‘probably no one will follow up the complaint’. Is that also routine? I almost tripped over your phone line carrying my son who is wheelchair user

Hello @bt_uk Do you routinely wipe all customer conversations. And why have you charged me to lift the phone line off the flor where it was a trip hazard? After three months of phone calls your staff cannot see any communication from me. NONE!
