Deontay Wilder would be the worst decision ever, absolutely nothing to gain from that fight and will likely be knocked out 😂

Look what the VAR mob have taken from us. Can’t celebrate a goal like this now because a nerd on a laptop wants to draw his little lines. Grow up. #Barclaysmen

I know it cost you everything. I know it sent you to the brink of abyss. But surely, you look back on this as a Pompey fan and accept it was all worth it?
An FA Cup. A European run. A permanent place in the heart of all Barclays lovers. You lived the dream and loved it…

We just had to jump on this trend. 😅 #Pompey x Golden Skans. 🔥

@bcfcdaz Mate people get conned by decent tournament finishes, watch the games and tell me we’ve got to anywhere near full potential at any tournament
English

@bcfcdaz We almost kill our game getting an early goal. I’m hoping it’s just the lesser teams this is all a problem and Gareth being ‘over safe’ but fuck me it’s a hard watch and deflating.

#DEN 1 #ENG 1 whistle report from Frankfurt Arena.
If England went on holiday, they would go on a retreat. Once again, England took the lead and once again they dropped deep. The Danish fans chorused "England, England, it's never coming home" and "You're sh*t and you know you are".
England collected a point, moved closer to the knockout stage but this was a flat, dispiriting display sparking disapproval from many fans at the final whistle. England's press was disjointed, forwards going to the defender in possession but not followed by midfielders, leaving a gap.
England's midfield was too open, and Alexander-Arnold’s time there may have come to an end; sadly, he failed to impose his undoubted talent. But he was not alone. England’s passing was poor; in one wretched passage of the first half, Bellingham, Foden and Stones all lost the ball.
Without Luke Shaw, they lacked balance on the left. Foden was a shadow of his vibrant Manchester City self. Bellingham was subdued. Saka had a couple of promising runs but England really didn’t show up. At least their fans did. Drinking and dreaming in equal measure, England fans again poured into another German city in their tens of thousands. Support was drawn from all over the country, from West Ham to West Brom, Portsmouth to Port Vale.
The drum and trumpet were soon heard, surely a call to arms, the England band now down to a two-piece. England lacked harmony, labouring to find a way through Denmark’s 5-4-1 until gifted a route after 18 minutes. Victor Kristiansen, dawdling in possession, was focused only on Saka to his left and had not sensed Walker motoring up on the outside. Walker, his pace unaffected by the passing of 34 years, tore in, pinching the ball, and crossing. The ball fell via Vestergaard and Christensen to Kane whose left foot swiftly despatched his 64th goal for his country past Schmeichel.
Infuriatingly, England sat off again. This negative response appears ingrained in them now: take the lead, take a back-seat. Serbia failed to punish them in Gelsenkirchen. Denmark did here in Frankfurt. Hjulmand collected possession 30 yards out and Saka and Rice failed to reach him in time. Hjulmand’s first touch teed the strike up, his second sent it across the diving Pickford and in off the post.
Southgate, to his credit although he had little choice, acted earlier than usual, nine minutes into the second half, sending on Gallagher for the disappointing Alexander-Arnold. Foden sprung to life, hitting a post. Gallagher brought urgency, too much at times and booked for catching Christensen.
Southgate twisted again after 69 minutes. Watkins, Bowen and Eze replaced Kane, Saka and Foden. That really should have released Bellingham to dominate the No 10 role. But England remained listless. It could have been worse, Guehi lost the ball to Bah, but recovered. England fans responded to the final whistle with a flurry of boos. England have work to do to win them over, let alone win the Euros. #ENGDEN #EURo2024

@bcfcdaz Southgate has to be the scapegoat, but at some point it’s a collective issue with the players on the field as well. Playing Trent in CM cause he has a good pass is where we are I guess…
English

@bcfcdaz How can he get service when he’s literally playing behind Rice? Kane shouldn’t be a scapegoat but a few players have been god awful and he’s in that collection.

We’re back already. Onto the next one, drop the hate. Another major landing soon.

Now more than ever let's get behind & support these young people. We can all see what's happening & who's being set up to be the face of defeat. We are going to be gas lit with explanations & justifications, but those deciding who goes on the back pages know what they’re doing. Let's keep our energy focused on giving these players pure love & support throughout the tournament.

Saka came on the 65' minute. He only played 25 for minutes.

@mileeeyj Mate why’s her husband just sat there. Wouldn’t get this on TV now, worlds gone soft.

Top boy up with the best shows for me, in terms of characters and story line. Season three felt rushed, a jumpy plot, no real depth and a sloppy ending. Almost as if writers are just doing it to tie it all up, get paid and get out #TopBoyNetflix
