The ALiVE team Uganda, @LGFnUg and @UwezoUganda, have embarked on a 2-day training of 60 assessors to conduct the school-based pilot data collection for the development of learning progressions for the skills of Creative Thinking, Problem Solving and Cooperation. The pilot will be conducted in 6 districts; Mukono, Kampala / Wakiso, Mubende, Kabale, Oyam and Tororo and is aimed at supporting the development of learning progressions for classes; P.6. S.1 and S.3 in a total of 72 schools targeting over 5000 learners. The development of learning progressions is focused on working with the system to coherently integrate life skills in curriculum and assessment, inform teacher practice and guide development of life skills.
