@Headteacherchat Our PA has dropped from 16% to 7%. We have lots of different ways, some you probably do currently. Feel free to get in contact.

@Headteacherchat We have a very basic sheet that is in different places around the staff areas of each child (their picture) and their interests/ hobbies. Something that you can engage in a conversation with them. We then actively seek out these children to make them feel ‘extra special’.

This half term, we have introduced a values day on the first day back after a school holiday. This is to teach the children about each of our values and how they can live them in their everyday lives. This half terms value day was based around ‘Compassion’. #teamasb #compassion
