ALLATRA partner in Kazakhstan, the Public Association “Center for Climate Research,” took part in the Regional Environmental Summit RES 2026 in Astana 📆From April 22 to 24, 2026, the Regional Environmental Summit (RES 2026) was held in Astana — the largest international platform in Central Asia dedicated to ecology, climate, and sustainable development issues. The Republican Public Association “Center for Climate Research” (Republic of Kazakhstan, city of Almaty) presented at the Summit scientific materials on the problems of climate change and environmental pollution by nanoplastics, prepared by ALLATRA, and also held a series of meetings with international representatives and government institutions. ☑️Within the framework of the Summit, representatives of the Center discussed issues of international environmental cooperation with the Ambassador of Japan to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yasumasa Iijima, the Ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aleška Simkić, and the Vice Minister of Environment and Climate Change of Mongolia, Batbayar Munkhtamir. The main focus was placed on the problem of nanoplastics as one of the most serious and underestimated environmental threats of modern times. The scientific report “Nanoplastics in the Biosphere: From Molecular Impact to a Planetary Crisis” was handed over to the Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akmaral Alnazarova. The scientific data collected in the report indicate that nanoplastic particles are capable of interfering with the fundamental mechanisms of cellular regulation. The documentary film “Nanoplastics: The Threat to Life,” prepared by the ALLATRA Global Research Center, also attracted interest. RES 2026 confirmed that modern environmental challenges require the unification of science, the state, and the international community in order to find joint solutions. Albania Becomes a Quantum Hub | Ministers, Scientists & Artists Unite for QBI 2026 "Tonight, you are not watching the future. You are creating it." On April 24, 2026, in Tirana, Albania, the Quantum Balkan Initiative (QBI) was launched — a regional alliance founded on a simple conviction: that the quantum era will be defined not by the technology itself, but by who is at the table when it is built. The evening closed with a performance that brought science and art together: an AI hologram in dialogue with a Gala Host. The hologram's final line — borrowed from the founding principle of quantum mechanics itself: ▸ "In quantum physics, a possibility becomes real when it is observed. Tonight, you are not watching the future. You are creating it." 🇦🇱 Tirana, Albania · April 24, 2026 🤝 Organized by the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC) 🤝 In partnership with Vernwell Group, Brunel Group, Polytechnic of Tirana 🌐 quantumbalkan.org #ALLATRA #Albania #Quantum #science

What awaits humanity in a world where technology develops faster than society can comprehend its impact? This very question became central at the presentation of the book by Professor Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli, co-authored with Professor Alberto Contu — “World Federal Constitutionalism and Technologies of Power in the Quantum Era,” which took place on May 17, 2026, at the Turin International Book Fair. The authors spoke not only about the technologies of the future, but above all about human responsibility toward society and future generations. About the fact that the development of artificial intelligence, digital power, and global systems must be accompanied by ethics, cooperation, and respect for human life. Participants of “ALLATRA” from Italy attended the presentation and, during the event, interviewed the authors, discussing the key ideas of the book and the questions of the future of technology, ethics, and the role of the human being in a rapidly changing world. Soon, the full video from the event will be published on the “ALLATRA Italy” channels. #AI #FutureTechnologies #AIEthics #ALLATRA #QuantumEra
