Big win.
The House just passed a housing bill that removed Elizabeth Warren’s poison pill, and now major Wall Street institutions can’t buy up single family homes.
This was a pipe dream just 6 months ago and now it’s about to become law.
Senate needs to pass this damn bill!

The Senate housing bill was supposed to increase supply, lower costs, and stop Wall Street from buying up our family homes. Now last minute provision from Elizabeth Warren forcing new homes to be sold after 7 years would do the exact opposite. You don’t solve a housing shortage by discouraging new inventory, and if Poca’s friends are celebrating, then we might want to rethink the plan here.
