“Hurry up, Oliver! I will not be late to the wedding I spent months planning! Get your behind out from there this instant!”
“Okay, okay Offroad! You’re like bridezilla on steroids, you know that right?”
“I most definitely am not! I just want everything to be perfect. You know how hard I worked on this.”
“I know. I know. I am sorry. Alright, I am ready.” Oliver said as he stepped out of his room in the hotel we rented for the wedding.
“What were you doing anyway? What took you so long?” I asked.
“Well, don’t get mad. But……”
“But what?” I bristled. There is no way this wedding is going South.
“Well, I kind of misplaced the rings. I forgot where I placed them.” He looked at me bashfully.
“What?!?!”
“But I found them. See? Here they are. So you can stop killing me in your mind.”
“By goodness Oliver, don’t joke like that. Ugh. Let’s go! We will be late! And I can’t be late!”
“I know. You don’t have to worry though. The wedding will not start without you. Remember.”
“Yeah, I know. Still, I don’t want to be late. Alexander will be waiting. I don’t want him to wait.” I said.
“You baby him so much and I am the younger brother.” Oliver commented while rolling his eyes.
“Whatever, let’s go!” I said as I as started brisk walking towards the elevator.
