@itsmejodiii @TicketmasterSG we actually got redirected from the sit tight screen a few times to a page where i guess our tickets should show up but it's just empty as if we didn't select anything 🥲 we tried refresh, tried different ticket amounts, we even tried getting nosebleeds but its always the same

Guys, in case you haven't noticed. @411ent decided to change their queue system for standing zone again. From letting queue no. 1-1500 of local and global sales entering the venue at the same time, to be letting 1500 local ticker holders getting in first, then the global ticket holders later. If you're holding queue no.1 of global sale, you apparently now be placed at queue no 1501 to get in. Isn't this the most ridiculous and unprofessional decision any company can make? Being dragged here and there and keep changing the rules to please the crowd that screamed louder. You can't please everyone. What's important is to evaluate and carefully come up with your rules. Once it’s announced, it's announced. Now what's wrong with those who respected the rule. Why do we got taken away what we shoud be given based on the original rule? Respect your own rule.
