2020: a year full of weddings that are not your own.
i don’t want you to miss this. the bible talks about Jesus grieving. it says he felt the weight of sadness and he grieved. that tells me one thing. he doesn’t expect me to keep it together. he understands that life can be heavy and i can grieve instead of pretending like i’m okay
there is nothing quite as beautiful as someone coming to you in a valley you once walked through and being able to talk to them about what God taught you in that season of life. it’s like “ok, God. even if i went through that only to help this one person it was worth it.”
